This website is available in German and English. The first time you open the home page, the matching language version is selected automatically. Only information that is transmitted with your page request anyway is used for this: the country code provided by the hosting provider's content delivery network and the language preference sent by your browser ("Accept-Language").

No external geolocation service is called and no additional request is sent to third parties. Your IP address is neither stored, logged nor evaluated for the language selection; only the country code that is already available is read for the one-off redirect decision.

The "Directions" buttons are plain links to Google Maps. No Google map is embedded in this website, and no Google Maps content is retrieved when the website loads. Google Street View is not integrated either.

Only when you click one of these links do you leave our website and a connection to Google (Google Ireland Limited) is established. Your IP address, device and browser data and – depending on your settings – location data may be processed by Google. Google is solely responsible for this processing: policies.google.com/privacy.

The call buttons are simple tel: links. When clicked, your device opens the phone app with our number; the call then runs via your device and your telephone provider. No evaluation, measurement or storage by this website takes place.

If you call us, we process the data you provide in order to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).

The footer of the website contains links to our profiles on Facebook and Instagram. These are simple links, not social media plugins or pixels. Data is only transmitted to Meta once you click one of these links and open the respective platform.

Apart from Google Analytics and the language cookie, we do not use any other analytics or advertising services (e.g. Meta Pixel) and do not use local or session storage for analytics purposes. There is no contact form, no newsletter and no online reservation system; reservations are made by phone.
